  The 5g or one tablespoon ENO powder in a cup of water for the adult or child at least 12 years old. If you feel that to take once more take it after 2-3 hours but should not take more than 2 times a day continuously. 

How Long Should We Take :

Don’t take it for more than 14 days continuously because it affects you. If any problem just consults the doctor.
